Our history
Our Journey – as told by Director M. Hafeez
“Our journey started when I was appointed as the UK Director of Finance for the Chemtura Group in 2005. The UK operation had three manufacturing plants, as well as three R&D centers. These centers performed R&D inside the UK as well as providing their services to group companies outside of the UK.
As a Director of Finance, I had responsibility for the corporation tax affairs of the UK group which included R&D claims.
I left the Chemtura Group in 2012 and since then I have been involved in R&D Tax Credits, either assisting other specialist R&D Tax providers or working for myself through my company: Kloud Tax Accountants Ltd.”
